HOW WE STARTED
In 2013, we set out to create restaurants that would enable people to live more intentional lifestyles. Ones focused on creating a better life for our team and those we served. We knew then that in order for us to pull this off we would need to create places that fostered greatness. Places where incredibly talented individuals are empowered to do their best work, with very little in their way. We believe in connecting smart people with work that enriches them and those around them while empowering the next generation of leaders.

The Family+ Plan provides eligible salaried team members with up to 6-weeks paid leave to care for their newborn, adopted or fostered child. Upon return to work, new parents receive $1000/month in childcare support for the first year.
FAMILY+ PLAN

We are seeking the most talented in the game. Starting with us means starting at a minimum of $60K. We are seeking the highest paid, top performers in the game. Send us your resume and let us make you an offer.

We provide medical, dental and vision insurance, with free life insurance for all eligible full time team members.
HEATHCARE

Time away is necessary. We need you to travel, experience culture, and grow. You can't do that without time off. We offer the quickest path to 4-weeks off a year in the industry.
RE-CHARGE

All salary team members get 100% off all food at any UNCO concept and location. This includes on-shift meals as well as dining in with friends and family members.
RE-FUEL

We want you to do something you might not, so once a year we give our vacationing salaried team members $500 to step outside of their comfort zone. Do something rad and tell us all about it, that’s all we ask.
