For the Culpepper Arlington offering, every investor earns points on every dollar invested, and investing early earns you more:·       First 10 days of the campaign: 3 points per $1 invested·       Days 11 through 35: 2 points per $1 invested·       After day 35: 1 point per $1 investedEvery 1,000 points equals $100 in food and beverage credits. So a $1,000 investment in the first 10 days earns 3,000 points, worth $300 in credits.Points are issued to your Founders account within 30 days after the campaign successfully closes. Yes! Every $1 spent at any participating UNCO location earns 1 point, the equivalent of 10% back on every visit. Just show your digital card or QR code and start earning.

How Do I Redeem My Points?

Points are redeemable in 250-point increments ($25 value) at any participating UNCO location. Just present your Founders Club digital card or QR code. Upon enrolling, you'll receive a personalized portal via email where you can track your points balance and redemptions. Points can be used on food and beverage only; they can't be applied to gratuity, tax, retail merchandise, gift cards, or private events.

Invitations to VIP parties, including grand openings and new product launches, plus exclusive Founders Club merch. Members with investment-based perks, like Free Queso for Life, can redeem them by showing their digital card to their server or bartender when seated.

How do the Digital Cards Work?

·       Earn Points: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent at any participating UNCO location.·       Dining In: Check in at the host stand when you arrive and mention you're a Founders Club member. If you miss the host stand, just show your server or bartender your digital card when seated.·       Credit Card Linked: Your first purchase with your QR code will link that card to your Founders account. We'll still ask you to present your digital card to confirm your tier status.·       Paying with Cash or Without Your Linked Card: Just show your QR code when paying and we'll apply your points manually.·       Takeout or Delivery: Earn and redeem points when you order directly through our website (not third-party apps). Make sure the email on your online ordering profile matches the one on your Founders account; that's how we track your rewards.

Founders Club points are promotional food and beverage credits. They have no cash value, are not a security or investment, and are separate from the terms of any security issued in any UNCO offering. Investment point awards are issued within 30 days after the applicable offering successfully closes, and award rates may differ by offering. Points are personal to the member and may not be sold or transferred. Points may not be redeemed for gratuity, tax, retail merchandise, gift cards, private events, buyouts, or catering, and UNCO may decline or limit any redemption in its sole discretion. UNCO may update these terms and program mechanics from time to time; changes will be posted on this page. Founders Club benefits are provided by UNCO Management LLC and are separate from any obligation of any UNCO-affiliated issuer under its securities.
