Each role in our restaurants is uniquely defined within one of these pillars and each team member is expected to passionately seek pillar perfection. Each pillar has specialized functions that coexists to create a unique experience. These are artistic in nature and allow those within them the opportunity to let their personality define the outcome. These pillars rely on the passion for serving others.

It's all about that flow! The Reception Pillar must be intentional when creating an environment that makes someone feel that warm, familiar vibe even if it is their first time in. This pillar sets the tone for each and every experience. We want our Reception Leaders to be curious and energetic, communicate clearly, and display their heart for others at all times.

If you love history, science, people, and a great time then this is the pillar for you. Anyone can get someone tipsy…not everyone can respect the responsibility of the perfect beverage. We respect the classics while focusing heavily on technique. Like service, beverage is first defined by the art of hospitality. To excel in this pillar, we are looking for Beverage Leaders who love serving others first.

The Service Pillar must understand the passion it takes to create the perfect beverage and the tastiest of plates to truly connect. That connection and passion is the reason guests want us to guide them through the intricacies of the menu. This pillar must embrace the definition of hospitality: The giving of oneself for the betterment or others. This is just as much a lifestyle as it is a pillar. It’s a privilege to serve others, not a “job,” so we want our Service Leaders to be themselves and find what inspires them to serve.

EAT to LIVE to EAT is the philosophy that food is dual purpose. At its most basic, food is fuel and provides the necessary energy that allows our bodies to function. We also use food to create emotion and moments of human connection for the simple pleasure of eating. We are looking for Culinary Leaders and Chefs who want to create menus that strike a balance of dishes meant to inspire peak performance while also celebrating the pure enjoyment of food for flavor. This philosophy is the heart and soul of the Culinary Pillar.
